Although I had only been expecting to stay in Winnipeg for 12 months, this summer marks my 12 year here. Clear is my latest in a series of stops throughout Western Canada, playing all kinds of music, including country, rock and top 40.
Looking back, it's amazing to discover how my hairstyles tended to compliment each unique format! It's quite terrifying, actually.
In my spare time, I tend to complain about having so little spare time. By coincidence, I also have a four year old son and one year old daughter, who completely rock my world in every way. Their arrival was the springboard to my passion for childbirth issues, and my interest and growing involvement in Winnipeg's birth community. Beyond that, my idea of paradise is a good book, a glass of gin and a hammock.
