- Thursday - 9:00a - 5:00p
- Friday - 9:00a - 1:00p
- Saturday - CLOSED
- Sunday - CLOSED

When coming to pick up a prize please take note that...
- You will need one piece of valid government issued photo ID to pick up any prize.
If you have won a prize through the 102.3 Clear Fm VIP Clear Club it is automatically processed with the winner's information and only the winning member can pick up the prize with valid government issued photo identification. No exceptions will be made. - Your prize will be available for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
